The laziest cook...

... just roasts a bunch of random things in the oven,



puts them over a salad, and calls it dinner.



Lazily roasted chickpeas

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Rinse a can of chickpeas and dry them with paper towels. Toss them with a glug of olive oil, a pinch of cumin, a dash of turmeric, a large dash of curry powder, and salt to taste. Spread over a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 45 min, until the chickpeas are dry on the surface. If you cover your baking sheet you won't even have to do dishes!
